Tim, do you have the correct switch?
On a CCC 782 you should have continuity on the C & D terminals (red wires) in the "off" position
PTO start -- continuity between B-A-F (black-brown-orange)
PTO on -- B & A (black & brown)
They didn't use the reverse relay on the IH built 782's.
