Its going to need both pulleys, shaft, key, bearings, haven't gotten the assembly off but housing looks ok at this point. With all respect, I know enough to know at a quick glance, more than some would with it tore down. I'm a rebuild man by trade, not yer normal. I'm tired and hurt. It would be the best job to just set the whole thing brand new on it and my 2284 cub would be super and just maybe that part would hold up till i die and somebody else could fix it again.
