I think they are great tractors, but they are a bit more finicky maintenance-wise than the ones before them. I wouldn’t be that scared of one, but just buy it assuming you’re going to have to replace the motor mounts either with new iso ones or solid ones. If you don’t have to, that’s a bonus.

The other major areas of concern somewhat unique to the Quietlines are the exhaust box area, and the hood hinge area. Everything else is is pretty much standard cub cadet that didn’t really change much for 15 years prior to them or 20 years after.
