cleaned, primed and painted the fuel tank. Installed the tank supports. Hooked up a jump pack and "energized" the wiring harness. Starter relay is stuck or failed open. Jumped it and the engine turned over. No fuel system, so no start.

No IH dealer within 60 miles of where we live now, so I got some paint at a Tractor Supply store. Magic (or majic?) brand. Close color match but slow to dry and I don't care for the circular spay pattern.

One pic of the new positive battery cable (even though it's black--will add some red tape to it shortly) and the coiled up yellow cable for tail lights. Need to drill and tap a hole for a battery ground, (or make another cable to run forward to the starter ground, which, actually is better). I have the cable and terminals...)

That Majic paint leaves a lot to be desired... I try not to use it but I understand if you are in a pinch and that's all you can find!

I have been ordering the yellow and white Valspar in 6 can boxes from Amazon. It's awesome.. sprays nice and dries fast.. but every now and then I run out and have to buy what I can find!

I'm pretty sure it's the same stuff as the case IH irongard.
