Also the rod to bring the blower up and down that goes to the manual lift arm appears to be too short. Need to make it longer. It will not go to the ground, the blower will remain 3" off the ground. Those four bolts, make sure each one has a spacer on it that rides in the slots in the front plate. The spacers keep the bolts from being tightened to the point that they squeeze the front, center, and rear plates together. The front plate should be free to move up and down which allows you to increase or decrease your belt tension.
