Tiller looks rusty but surface. I can't see the blower. What shape is it in? Post more pictures!
I have a 1450 that I got as a basket case. It came with a #2 tiller, wheel weights a 44" deck in very poor condition and a Brinley box scraper. I got the package for $300. I put more than that in the tractor. Most would have parted it out but Cubs are rare here in California. I use it around my house and we till the garden with it in the spring every year.
You'll like that 1650 when you get it running. Read the threads on Quietlines and hydros. These tractors are pretty simple and easy to work on. Soon you'll have the fever like the rest of us.
