Find the section on the PTO. Follow instruction on how to remove it. Once removed, loosen the set screws on the basket pulley and pull it forward just a bit. You DO NOT have to remove the PTO bearing off the crank to do this. I suggest buying new set screws that are knurled on the end for the basket pulley. Check the key while you are there. The pulley should not be loose on the crank, or the key. (Loose enough to move, but not wore out.)
