Very nice work so far.

I built a dump trailer and I had to mess with the cylinder mounting to come up with a mounting position that would give me enough dumping angle as well as enough lifting capacity. Mine uses a 2”x8” cylinder and with 700psi hydraulic pressure, the bed lifts with 400lbs on the front edge of the trailer. It may lift more but that’s all the weight I could come up at the time I tested it.
