All chassis service manual for the tractor series have the repair info for the creeper. Download the manual for your tractor.

I don't know what parts you need, or if you do either. If you just need gaskets and seals, get the seals at a local bearing or parts store. You can make the gaskets. Bearings, again source locally. If the shifter lever needs repaired, member Jeff in PA on this site makes parts. If the gears are bad..... buy another creeper. By the time you find and fix it, you could likely have bought another one.
