Be careful if you work it in the brush with the mower deck off. The fan is easy to destroy and you have to split the tractor to replace it. I put a belly shield on my BX made out of some 1/4" UHMW that I had left over from the snow plow I built for it. BXpanded also sells a nice belly shield.
