If the axle seals are leaking the axle bushings may be worn too! I am in the process of restoring a 72. I replaced the bushings and seals. I bought the parts from Mcmaster-Carr.
I tried Sherwin -Williams paint and hated it! Went to API and had them mix the correct color using acrylic enamel. I should point out that I had most of the tractor powder coated but certain items (engine, transmission) had to be wet painted. Happy, happy, happy!
The original style tires are no longer available but I did find some Firestones that had a similar tread design through Miller Tire.
