carbs are pretty simple to fix.
Pull the tank, drain and clean it already did this, guess i will do it again.

a cub cadet is just like an f cub, only smaller. It has the same transmission and rear axle, but a completely different engine and carburetor... I have never had this much trouble with a farmall cub carb.
