The three point system is not a "category x" like bigger tractors use. This setup was designed for an IH tiller to name one item. Many other IH and non IH built attachments will work with it.
Take a close look at the deck. They rust through under the support plate, near the center top and right wheel support.
Not running drastically affects the price. You could be buying a pig in a poke! I would offer considerably less than the seller is asking.
