Tim, Jon, thank you both! The only place in the wire system that I found to be butchered ( so far ), is the neutral safety switch located under the dash, very close to the friction control adjustment. Here, someone has two wires twisted together as if to by-pass the switch. I did not check the relay ground, but will do so and clean for good contact. The relay mounts to the outside of the tractor, and this tractor has sat outside in the elements for sometime, was my concern here. Going to keep on, got a foot in the right direction now.
