Shouldn't be. I had just finished greasing the spindles and sharpening the blades. Then I mowed a bit, was almost done when it started dying. I had to let it cool before I could cut the rest.

But good point, I'll spin it when I remove the belt.

I went ahead and ordered a clutch, because I know it's on it's living on borrowed time.
