The law of physics is still in effect
Pushed the wheel against the inner "frame", the fender, hood and grill were all "toast" plus it was leaking important fluids. 2014 Subaru Impreza did well but had to be flat bedded. I drove the Suburban up the road to a business and waited for a the flatbed to show up. It didn't turn well with the bumper that close to the tire.
Luckily everyone was OK
