You need to pull the engine out and then remove the blower housing and the flywheel, once the flywheel is off you can use a pick and a hammer to put a hole in the seal, you might be able to use the pick to pull the seal out, if not you can thread a screw into the hole and used vise grips to pull it. Installing the new seal will be covered in the service manual.
