I did a quick search and found some info on this subject. It would appear that the light blinking is just an oil change reminder and that there is no reset for it but it will reset itself amyd stop blinking after 3-5hrs of runtime. I would still contact a dealer to confirm.

The tractor runs and sounds perfect, but hopefully it is as you say, just the reminder needs to reset itself.
