I keep SeaFoam on hand to put in stuff that has been sitting up a while and the fuel system is now a bit gunky. It works well, we just don't use it often. I may pick up a bottle of this to have on hand as well. I think as long as you have a mechanically sound piece of machinery that has just been sitting a long time, it would probably help clear any residue/oxidation in the fuel system. With all fuel additives, after one dose and using the machine if you still have issues, you probably need to get a gasket kit---you're going to need it.
