Yes sir,

It had spark both cold and up to the point that it shut off. Would even spark as I was trying to restart it. I did this test by running my inline spark tester on it as I was mowing. Did it for both cylinders.

Appreciate all the feedback from everyone I'm hopefully going to chuck it up to crappy fuel the neighbor gave me as I was mowing his yard.
