The KT-17 rolled out of the Factory with 52-755-13 Condenser. That condenser has been replaced by --->
52-755-13S. This is a kit that includes the Mounting Screw.
The 230722-S is a Condenser for the K Series singles.
The two wires coming out of the 52-755-13S is wired as follows:
* One wire goes to the Ignition Coil
* One wire goes to the Ignition Points
You could use the 230722-S BUT....you will have to run an extra wire. Wire this condenser to the Ignition Coil. Run the extra wire from the Coil to the Points.
