Ok,
lets put it another way.
Shut off the gas, or let it run till the tank goes dry.
Remove the plug wire (S) with an insulated fuse puller.
Pull the choke lever, or remove the air cleaner and stuff a rag in the carb intake.
Remove the carb.
if the exhaust system is tight, plug it up with shovel handle if the right size.
If it were a gear drive, I would suggest putting it in gear and gently let the clutch out @ idle in high gear to stall it.
