Well the problem is obvious, you let the magic smoke out!
First order of electrical work is not to let the magic smoke escape.
That is why you keep a empty quart bottle handy to catch the escaping smoke.
It is gone,you will never recover it so you are stuck with what is left in the other wires.
Now look @ the schematic and check for fuses.
Also look @ the schematic to see if there is a diode in the electric clutch circuit that could possibly be fried.
You also need to see if the charging system is functioning properly.
---And see if you reversed the polarity in the flux capacitor
If you did that, your future of doing any electrical work is very grim.
