I now realize it is you selling it as it was posted 4 hours ago. Yeah.... I agree, price is steep. So you bought if for $120, took some parts off it, did nothing to it, now trying to sell it for $400???
This is why I get frustrated with people on here. If you want to make money, you are going to have to do a little work to it at least.
I figured out what the tube on the air filter likely is.... it's for using starting aid.
