I contacted R.F. Houtz and Son the other day and bought a used sprocket and spring. Also got the top link that I was missing from them. He said the parts would be shipped today. to hold the spring in place, I'm going to use a cotter pin and just use a washer, which looks like you have the same.
Anyway, thank you for the picture, it was a big help in figuring out how it should go.
