They won't go that fast. I've heard all this before from other people on here. If it goes 8 mph at an idle and faster than 10 wide open, I want to see the speedo on the truck following it. I've had a few that were faster than others. Had one I swore ran 12... but never checked it. They weren't made all that precisely, and some are just faster than others. It happens, but lets get real. A hydro can't go that fast unless it has been modified.
