I did a fluid/filter change on a 1440 a few years ago and afterwards if refused to move, I tried all the suggestions from here and nothing help. What I did to get it working was start the tractor and then loosen the filter until oil started to come out and then tighten it back down, it instantly started to work after that. I had the tractor on jack stands with the lever at about 1/4 forward and the second I tightened the filter down the wheels started to move.
