Yeah Todd, reman pump no good. This company has issues with the machine tolerances of this pump. When I was putting it together, I thought it was too tight, but put it in anyway. Should have trusted my gut. Every time I don't listen to my gut, it bites me in the ass!
Yeah Steve, some $$ for my time would be nice, but I'm not holding my breath. If it was a paying job, they would likely reimburse the labor.... we'll see.

Coop.... yes, I'm sure I didn't get too ruff on the T/C. Not my first rebuild. As I mentioned before, this isn't the first pump from WIT that has done this.... and I suspected it wasn't right from the beginning.

Just curious, Did the pump gear have a chamfer where TQ goes in? I remember not being able to get one to seat or go in smoothly once. AN old timer came along.. looked in and said hey dummy! theres no chamfer, where did yo buy this crap from LOL.. Told him a local guy I got it from. He said go get your money back boy!
