It seems pretty sturdy, the frame is stiff and most of the structural metal is heavy gauge. The Z-Force come with fabricated decks. I actually like that the plastic trim around the sides (you know the stuff you're gonna rub on trees etc) is the same material you find on car bumpers and wheel wells. It may fade, but it's not gonna crack in a few years. Just about everything else is metal, including the steering column.
I debated going to the commercial series, but I was already spending MUCH more money than I anticipated right now.
With proper maintenance and the fact it's only going to be a mower for me, no towing, pushing snow etc, I don't foresee getting anything less than a decade out of it.
