This is opposite of what is suppose to be. During the "OFF" position, the Ignition Switch closes a path to ground, shorting out the Kill Wire from the M-20.

You stated you replace the Ignition Switch. Did you install 725-3163 -----> 925-3163 and is it wired correctly...??

Switch Terminal Legend:

B = Black Wire
R = Red/White Wire
S = Red/Black Wire
L = Blue Wire
M = Yellow Wire
Note: The Switch has to be properly grounded

Please examine and advise.
