This morning I printed out a wiring diagram and started trying to find the problem with my PTO. I checked for power on the connector and there was none. I took the connector apart, inserted the ground, started the tractor, lowered the deck, plugged in a wire from battery positive and the PTO came on. I know that's dangerous but now I know the PTO will work. I checked the diagram and saw that the Red/White wire on the key switch feeds the PTO. It took me a few minutes to figure out that there was a wiring change but there is switched power on that wire. I moved to the PTO switch and found what I think is the problem. Only one wire was connected, the terminals are all bent around and close to the switch is what looks like another key switch connector. I blame myself for not straightening out this mess before now, I've known it was hacked up since I got it in 2014.
