Either way is fine. That frame is meant for both narrow frames with the QA mount up front, and the old bolt on style, like the O-the 1X2/3 series. The pins should line up and snap into the QA latch. When it is latched in, the holes in the top of the blade bracket should also line up with the corresponding holes in the frame.
You got the rear mount in the right spot. Goes on the outside of the frame.
The yellow bracket in the last pic behind the foot rest/ lift bar is a PO mod. Remove it.

Thanks!. Yeah, wanted to "fit" everything before I put in the new pin. The arms to the back look straight, just having to bow them open about a 1/2" each, not a problem, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing the obvious. The PO added brackets are way to the back out of the way of everything, a lot of work to remove them unless a proper restoration were to happen---you know me, that ain't happening--gonna get it working and reliable and use it (barely). I am looking forward to keeping it near the house to clear in front of the garage for the couple snows we get every year--no fun pulling in and out of the garage on ice.
