Well , after a few hours of chasing I finally got spark back. I checked the points they were dry and clean. The wires were a tad loose but nothing even after I snugged them up. I chased every plug, connector, and fuse and all were dry. I still had no hour meter movement or spark.. I took a bit of a break and came back and flipped the PTO switch on and off with the key on and low and behold the hour meter tripped on, so I turned it over and got spark back

Lesson learned I guess..
