I used fiber glass cloth and 2 part epoxy. Things don't stick to the plastic so well, so I drilled randomly placed holes, (you can see a few in the pictures), then applied the epoxy heavy enough to fill holes. I also "allowed" the cloth to touch itself as much as possible through the openings, (oh I felt so dirty typing that!)! By wrapping the cloth "around" the mounting tabs it greatly strengthened the mounts. Also the holes filled with epoxy will help bolster the repaired area. I didn't get after pics, but I'll pull the side covers off when I mow next and get some.
