There is one mower shop in town,havent been there yet,they sell the general line of toro and stihl chain saws,that doesnt mean they wont be able to help me but,I kinda figured they were a selling shop not a repair or parts place,if you know what i mean!!!I did think about going in and seeing if they could order some Hytran in!!!

Thank you Ill try to find the ser. number,I dont know much about the old sears mowers,The tranny is the strongest ive seen in a mower,although it looks as its been forged of dirt and grease right now!!With that gannon earthcavator hanging out back id does great wheelies and keeps it from flipping over,LOL,Id like to find the owners a set of chains but im kinda torn about dumping a bunch of cash into something other than my cubs,maybe selfish,but honest!!!Im going to look into the engine today and see if i can get filters,points(if it has them) plugs and see what a carb rebuild kit costs.I am limited in knoledge on a twin briggs,or any twinn for that matter,or should I say even the singles aur cubs have in them,so there will be a learning curve here!!!I do need it as I have two kohlers sitting in the shop that Im gonna go through!!
