Got the report from the repair shop today. They pulled the transaxle and opened up the case. One of the large internal gears was broken in half and the other large gear had a hairline fracture. A couple of the smaller gears were ground down pretty well. So after $290 in parts and 5 hours of labor she will be back on the grass.
