Todd... Like Mike and Jon said.. it's a later CCC version of the IH #4.. should be the exact same cart though.. 
I have the exact same cart painted and tagged Gravely.. It came with my 16G Gravely brand new in 1987.. Apparently there was a third party mfg building them for IH, CCC, Gravely and who knows who else.. Anybody know what Mfg that may have been?
