i have a 1862 when you turn the lights on the amp will flash
and if you turn on the pto the light will come on and stay on
how do you check to see if the alt is working and putting out the
corrrect voltage or amp's i did have the magnets on the flywheel
come off and i repaired it it did not damage the coil that i can
see. what wires do i check coming from the voltage regulater
and what should i see for amp's or volts any info would be
helpful thank's. Rick
