Good info guys. I did some surfing on the net and what I did is called flat venting. It will probably work but it is against code. Eventually that line will have build up and restrict the airflow.
I will now cut into the 2” line right after the trap and bring a vent in between the 10 & 2 o’clock position. That way the vent is above the water line in the pipe.
Do you agree on this change?
