This cart is far from perfect and it will live outside. Decided scrape/scrub every bit of loose powder coat crap paint of to launch a rattle bomb attack. Couple coats of my favorite Rustoleum Rust metal maroon primer followed by 3 coats of Rustoleum Gloss Marigold yellow.
The inside should be well protected for a while!
