When it comes to diagnostic work, an explanation of what to do is what is needed, which I provided. If my wording hurt the OP's feelings, that is not my issue. You only repeated what I said and added "sorry for the rude or snide comments". Lew already identified the issue. It is up to the OP to correct it now.
