No ACR, probably blown gen 1 head gaskets. If it has been serviced properly through out its life you may get away with head gaskets. Be sure and use gen 4 head gaskets with the fire rings and true the head surface! If you overhaul, you may want to step up to a 25 hp or 27 hp.
