Yea, left that part out,adjusted carb alittle, ground wire on regulator was arching,fixed that, starts super good runs out the same clutch is great. Oil smelt like fuel a little, changed that, added MMO, alittle puff of blue on start up only. ran it up and down the road in high, then around neighbors feild steering good also. I took it off but came with a 3 point. as this will be my brother-inlaws mower.
