OK... you could replace that key switch with just a toggle switch since you have the push button start.

Find two connections that are OFF (open) when the key is "off" and connected when it's in the ON position of the switch.

If you have an ohm meter, it's a 30 sec check. It's probably BAT and Ignition. You got this!
