That's an option too Lew but I still need to cut into the footing 12-13" to get the proper slope. Mr. Inspector said as long as the top half of the existing line is free from the concrete he would pass it. Either way I need to rent a saw and cut away. If I can't get the existing exposed I'll abandon it and run another.
