Once you get to understand him, he's not that bad. I like his quick, precise answers. Even though they are not always the friendliest, they are almost always correct and helpful.
The problem is when new people come, and don't expect answers like that. It's not very welcoming when you have a problem and are treated like your stupid for not being able to figure it out on your own.
