My 1282 hasn't ventured out in about 2 years now; I have no need to mow with it and I used to put the plow & chains on in the winter but it isn't really necessary when your truck has a plow.

When I was younger I got to plow a LOT of snow with that 1282 though. My dad didn't always have a truck plow and for light snow CCs are excellent for not ripping all the gravel off of your yet to freeze driveway (unlike skidsteers).
It also used to be my primary mode of transportation before I had a license (I live in a rural area).
