Not a big deal but was wondering why or if anyone else gets this?

If I use chrome I get this screen for about the last few weeks. I thought maybe Roland had changed the look and feel of the site. Blue and white

If I use Opera browser I get the regular screen I had been use to. "yellow" with cub on top

I dont think I changed any settings that I know of. Anyone else get this blue screen?
