The the tires on the front are a weird size, you can't find them anywhere, and they are rotted out. The bearings are just regular 3/4"-1 3/8" bearings. The originals are press fit, and rusted all to hell.

Also they're only 2 ply and rated for 100 pounds combined.

And about the part number: There is none.
