Had 15 walk through the yard yesterday. They looked miserable in that icey rain. I forgot turkey season is still in and let them go. Cubed breast browned in bread crumbs and baked in roasted garlic white sauce over noodles is really good. That meat is really rich, a lot different than white or dark chicken. Mike
